Peak Season (June - October)
Friday: $3,900 - Full day rental only
Saturday: $5,200 - Full day rental only
Friday & Saturday: $8,000 - (two day event * see below for details)
Monday - Wednesday: $2,300 - Full day rental
Sunday: $3,200 - Full day rental only
Monday - Wednesday: $250 - Per Hour **
Off - Peak Season (November - May)
Friday: $2,700 - Full day rental only
Saturday: $3,600 - Full day rental only
Friday & Saturday: $6,000 - (two day event * see below for details)
Monday - Wednesday: $2,300 - Full day rental
Sunday: $2,400 - Full day rental only
Monday - Wednesday: $250 - Per Hour **
Holidays are subject to rate changes and may be unavailable for rent.
* Two day rental details - Access from 10:00am - 10:00pm on Friday. Access to the venue Saturday from 9:00am - 12:00am
** Minimum of 2 hours is required for all hourly rentals. Hourly time booked must include set up and tear down of your items. Hourly rentals do not include the use of the suites or complimentary shuttle.
Looking for a Thursday? Outside of 60 days, Thursdays may not be available for rent. They are available for a full day or hourly rental only within 60 days of your event date.

A one hour rehearsal for Friday and Saturday weddings. (time must be arranged in advance) Rehearsals are NOT included if you are getting married on a day that is not Friday or Saturday.

At The Barn at 52 Pines, we recognize that having options on your special day is essential. However, please remember that all vendors must receive prior approval from us. Additionally, it's important that all vendors are licensed and insured to ensure a seamless experience. Thank you for your understanding!
Parking &
Transportation
Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking during your visit. We also provide 2 hours of complimentary shuttle service to Hyatt House of Minot at the conclusion of your event.
Catering &
Desserts
We provide in-house catering, which is a requirement when you book with us. Leave it to us to deliver delicious in-house catering for your events for a memorable experience for you and your guests. You're welcome to bring your own desserts to add a personal touch to your celebration.
External beverage vendors are not permitted, and per North Dakota law, no outside alcoholic drinks can be consumed on site.
